The Boundary restaurant was conceived of as an up-market food court to service the tenants of The Campus office park. Vendors ‘Rockets Express’ and ‘Vida e Caffe’ share a central seating area. Pyramid Office was appointed by the landlord for space planning, interior design and supply of furniture and shopfitting.

Monochromatic elements

inspired by marble patterns

The seating area is broken up into sections with bar-height tables, canteen-style seating and a slightly softer area with an upholstered bench and tub chairs. Tenants of the office park make use of the space for quick coffee breaks, lunches and informal meetings.

but different
The service counters for the two vendors were conceived of as Yin and Yang designs: where one had white tops – the other had charcoal, where one had grey cabinetry – the other had white. The effect was that the two could stand side-by-side in the elegant, monochromatic environment and maintain their own personality within the overall scheme.
